Tips and Payments

Our apps are free to use. Optional tips are available to support development. Tips are one-time payments processed by Stripe (web and Android) or Apple (iOS).

Tips are non-refundable, but if you believe you were charged in error, contact us at contact@broccoliapps.com and we'll do our best to help. Refunds for iOS purchases are handled by Apple through their standard process.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or our services is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, if any.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including Australian Consumer Law.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of New South Wales.
